Accessibility statement

Ralspin is built for families, and families come in every shape. Our service should work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes our commitment, our current standards, and how to tell us when we fall short.

§ 01Our commitment

We believe access to opportunities should not depend on whether a website was designed with you in mind. We aim to make ralspin.com, our subscriber edits, our digital downloads, and our communications usable by people with the widest possible range of abilities, including subscribers who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technologies.

We collect this information from you directly (intake form, account creation, purchases, emails) and from our service providers in the ordinary course of operating the service. We do not buy information about you from data brokers.

§ 02Our standard

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG is the most widely recognized standard for accessible web content. We are working toward conformance and continue to identify and fix issues as we find them.

§ 05Known limitations

We disclose limitations honestly rather than hiding them:

§ 06Tell us when we fall short

If you encounter an accessibility issue on ralspin.com or in any communication from us, please tell us. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond within two business days.

Email accessibility@ralspin.com with as much detail as you can share: what you were trying to do, what page or document, what assistive technology you use, and what went wrong. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue, including providing the information you needed in a different format right away.

§ 07Alternative formats

If any document, edit, or page is inaccessible to you in its current form, we will provide the information in an alternative format — large print, plain text, audio, or another format that works for you. Email accessibility@ralspin.com and we will respond within two business days.

§ 08Contact

Accessibility questions, feedback, or requests for alternative formats: accessibility@ralspin.com.
